CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing to work with me. My name is Frank Kladis, otherwise known to friends and family as The Wellness Greek and Get Fit With Frank! We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we strive to accommodate while maintaining fairness to all clients. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling or rescheduling your sessions, programs, and courses.

1:1 Coaching Sessions:

Cancellation or Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice via email for canceling or rescheduling individual coaching sessions. Because these sessions are reserved specifically for you, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.
Monthly Coaching Packages: For ongoing monthly coaching packages, we require 14 days' written notice via email to cancel your package.

Bookings and Consultations:

Individual sessions require 24 hours' notice via email for cancellation.
Group programs and digital courses have specific cancellation terms outlines in their respective sections above.

Refunds & Payment Method:

If a refund is applicable (e.g., minimum enrollment not met), it will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise arranged.

How to Provide Written Notice:

All cancellation notices must be sent via email to fkladis@yahoo.com to be valid.
